Dalemark Industries Introduces New Tabletop Hang Tag & Card Thermal Printer

Dalemark Industries, Inc. a leader in coding, product transport and labeling systems for industrial and consumer packaging based in Lakewood, New Jersey, has announced its new XXMARK Tabletop Thermal Transfer Flat Product Printer. The XXMARK provides one color overprinting of Tyvek lids, blister/header cards, hang tags, sleeves, cut label stocks and pouches.

The new tabletop printer allows users to automatically top feed and thermally print matte, polished and varnished stocks with 300 or 400 dpi resolution for needle sharp logos, text, UDI and 1D/2D bar codes. Users can print speeds up to 150 mm/second, with print widths up to 5" (125 mm) and operate with Nice Label, Bartender, or Label View Labeling softwares.

Other features include:

• Ribbon Saver, 6” infeed stack height and product accumulation
• Compact and portable—no air required
• Powder-coated steel frame for stability and durability

The new feeder allows for USB, serial, parallel and optional ethernet interfaces and accommodates products up to 5.1’ x 16” (130mm x 400 mm’s).
