Dalemark Industries Introduces New 7050-Series Automatic Flat Product Labeling System

Dalemark Industries, Inc. a leader in coding, product transport and labeling systems for industrial and consumer packaging based in Lakewood, New Jersey, has announced its new automatic flat product P/S labeling system.

With its unique and compact assembly, the Series 7050-TT/AUTO-FPLA Automatic Flat Product Labeling System is an ideal Automatic Tabletop Labeling System, which is designed specifically to feed a large range of flat products automatically through Dalemark’s Wide Label Applicator for the registered application of paper.

The system also allows for the feed of some clear label stocks onto the top surface of the moving product. The end result is a versatile and economical automatic labeling system suitable for the labeling of pouches, sleeves, blister/header cards, and many straight-tuck chipboard cartons.

XXMARK Tabletop Thermal Transfer Flat Product Printer. The XXMARK provides one color overprinting of Tyvek lids, blister/header cards, hang tags, sleeves, cut label stocks and pouches.

Features of the new Series 7050-TT/AUTO-FPLA Automatic Flat Product Labeling System include:

• A 7” touch screen control panel for all conveyor and labeler set-up & operational functions.
• Maximum label sizes up to 5.1” W x 12” L
• Continuous delivery of flat products through a friction in-feed conveyor
• Simple label and product changeover to accommodate various package sizes from 2” x 2” x .004” up to 10” x 16” x .030”
• Hand adjustable product guides and labeling head adjustments
• Stepper Driven Label Applicator provides excellent label registration
• Includes a Count-Up Product Counter to indicate production count. A batch counter can be added to ensure only the exact amount of packages are marked for distribution, eliminating overruns.
• An optional Product Accumulator Tray is available for product collection.
